CDEA conducts quarterly meetings which are open to the public, and which are held at the Mount Ommaney Library meeting room.  At these meetings, guest speakers present interesting talks on a wide range of environmental matters.

Our next meeting is our AGM, and it is being held at 7.30pm on Wednesday (not the usual Thursday) 27 August 2008 at the Mount Ommaney Library.  Come along and meet other people from the area who are interested in preserving our environment.  Prior to the formal business of the meeting, we will hear from a very interesting guest speaker.  Gail Spina from the Griffith University Centre for Innovative Conservation Strategies will give a talk on "The Flying Cane Toad Menace."  Visitors are most welcome.
