About Us
Westlake-Riverhills Bushcare Group (WRBG) meets on site for a couple hours, commencing at 8am, on the first Sunday of each month. WRBG undertakes bushland rehabilitation work along Pullen Reach of the Brisbane River, in the suburbs of Westlake and Riverhills.
There are three main sites along the eastern bank of Pullen Reach which are the current focus of WRBG's bushland rehabilitation work, as shown on the map and listed below:
- Balaton Street entrance to Coucal Trail;
- Callabonna Street entrance to Coucal Trail; and
- the so-called 'Big Fig Tree' site at Tennent Street.
